What is actually beer?


Beer is a completely natural and biologically balanced product, and is rightly considered a liquid food. It is brewed liquid foods and proves that the energy value of one liter of standard beer energy value corresponds to one liter of whole milk. It is not true that people are fattening than beer The beer "thick" like any other food if consumed in larger amounts than the body needs. 
Most doctors agree in saying that a small amount of beer (0.5 L per day) has beneficial effects in the treatment of certain serious diseases and prevents others. They bring it in connection with the ingredients of beer and enjoy the notion that beer reduces psychological stress.


The basic ingredients of beer are water, alcohol (ethanol), carbon dioxide, and part of the unfermented extract (dry matter) of wort. The share of ethanol depends on the concentration of solids in the malt of the beer produced by the fermentation stage. Depending on the type of beer, alcohol can be from 0.5% for "soft" and 11% for barley beer. Lager beer containing up to 0.5% carbon dioxide, which gives freshness and reskost, and significantly affects the foaming. Foam stability depends on the concentration and chemical composition of unfermented extract parts, and with more beer extract more foam. However the amount of beer foam depends on very specific ingredients extract (protein, peptones, pectic substances and hops resin) which together make up only a small portion of unfermented extract.
The concentration of extract in beer depends, as well as the alcohol concentration, the type and degree of its beer fermentation. Beer contains from 2.5 to 8% dry matter. Up to 90% extract carbohydrates, and less than 10% protein. Amino acids, glycerin, mineral compounds, vitamins, etc. together make up only a few percent of the total dry matter of the extract.
Beer contains vitamins B-complex, biotin (H), aneurin (B1), riboflavin (B2), pyridoxine (B6), niacin (PP factor), pantothenic acid, sodium, sulfur, potassium, zinc, calcium, chloride, phosphorus, copper, iron and magnesium.

Malt
The most important ingredient in beer is malt. It determines the taste of beer, color, density and strength.Malt can be made from various grains: barley, wheat, oats or rye. The most widely used because it produces the most barley sugar.
There are various types of malt, depending on how the bread is ready. The darker color gets stronger the taste of beer. Pale malt malt is standard in most beers such as light and golden pilsner beer.

Brewer's yeast
The first beers were produced by spontaneous fermentation uncontrolled. The invention of the yeast fungus yeast becomes one of the four essential ingredients of beer. Yeast determines the type of beer, lager or ale. Lower boiling process with yeast Saccharomyces carlsbergensis get a light lager, with a top fermenting yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae obtained aleovi strong and heavy. Yeast also produces alcohol in beer and naturally aerates the beer. Yeast converts sugar from the malt into alcohol and carbon dioxide (CO2).

Water
Water is a very important factor in the quality of beer. The most famous is the water Pilsen. It is very soft and you get a very good quality of Czech beer.
