Tea preparation to get called by soaking in water plants.

1 roll of dried pineapple

Over the bar, rooibos tea and crushed chili without seeds pour 250 ml of cold water and boil together.Leave for 4-5 minutes in a covered pan, then strain and sweeten with apple concentrate.


1 teaspoon cardamom seeds
3 sprigs of fresh mint
1 piece of lemon peel
1 teaspoon of honey

Roughly chop the cardamom and cover it with 250 ml of cold water. Boil and filter it and pour in a cup with mint and lemon peel. Sweeten with honey.


1 teaspoon of dried nettle leaves
1 teaspoon dried birch leaves
½ teaspoon juniper berries
1 piece of lemon peel
1 teaspoon of honey

Nettle, birch and juniper berries to pour 250 ml of boiling water, cover and leave for 8 minutes. Then drained and seasoned with honey and lemon peel.
