In bowl, mix tomatoes, mozarellu, olives, vinegar and oil. Add the basil, marjoram, salt and pepper. Allow to sit for about ten minutes to let your tomato juice.

Serve sauce with hot or warm pate.

Baked tomatoes with parmesan

Tomato soup with spinach

This soup is ready in 15 minutes! If you do not friški basil, you can replace it with dried basil.



Recipe for 4 servings:

- 2 tablespoons of the butter / oil
- 1 chopped finely chopped red onion
- 1 teaspoon grated garlic
- 11/2 cups milk
- 1 L-quality tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cups shredded spinach
- ¼ cup finely chopped basil
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

In a large frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onion and garlic and saute 3 minutes. Add the milk and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the tomatoes and sugar. Mix well, cover and leave to boil over high heat.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 5 minutes. Add spinach, basil, salt and pepper and simmer without a lid for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finally sprinkle with the Parmesan (if desired).
