Solution to slow digestion and bloating

In recent months, I have a problem with insufficient bowel movement, not to mention the flatulence, and sometimes pain. How to put an end to it?

In case you do not drink enough water, it can be a major cause of constipation. Daily we need at least a liter of water for healthy digestion so often but this solves the problem. Fruits and vegetables are foods that contain the most water. Oats, barley, wheat bran, legumes, apples are examples of foods with plenty of fiber, which absorbs water, fecal mass are less dense and more voluminous and it easily passes the digestive system. Meat, cheese, eggs, and refined grains in large quantities may contribute to constipation, so try to reduce their intake.

Some foods and nutritional supplements have a mild laxative effect. Oat fiber has special advantages, naturally present in oats, and well before eating oats soaked.

Example meal: oatmeal soaked in soy or low fat milk. Flax seeds can grind and sprinkle on food, allowing them to absorb the beneficial omega-3-fatty acids, but only to improve digestion and you can eat them whole. Probiotic yogurts contain beneficial bacteria cultures that help extremely bowel habits - turn them into your daily diet! Example snacks: probiotic yogurt with 2 teaspoons of flaxseed.

Many people praise I restrain the urge to use the toilet. Do not do it! Peristaltičkog disruption of the normal bowel can lead to constipation and suppression of natural reflex. Defecation and improve exercise that encourages deeper breathing, stimulates and relaxes the abdominal area, and thus encourages bowel movements. Include physical activity in your daily program (walking, cycling, swimming, etc..).
