The eggs in the diet

Every morning, one egg, gives the body strength, this is pesmica that most of us heard in childhood. Not accidentally invented yet our grandparents even though studies have shown that egg cholesterol significantly raises new.

Among the foods rich in protein, egg is the richest blend of essential amino acids, crucial for the development of children, adolescents and young adults. The egg contains high levels of antioxidants, which means it can even prevent macular degeneration, a leading cause of blindness due to age.

Scientists have reported that the egg could be called "superfood" because it has health benefits and helps in the fight against obesity. Nutritionists say that eggs are one of the most nutritious food products today and recommended intake a day.
Although, the last time, all sides are "bombed" by the fact that the eggs must not eat as much as we want to significantly raise blood cholesterol.

Nutritionists also say that the eggs are great food in a variety of diets. Although the egg is low in calories (a medium-sized egg has about 80 calories) that is rich in nutrients that are essential for health, and specifically to vitamin D, vitamin B12, selenium and choline. Just one egg will give you 20 percent of recommended levels of vitamin D and vitamin D deficiency is associated with a range of medical problems.
