Broccoli in sesame sauce
1 kg of broccoli
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Cut the broccoli flowers and cook on steam for 4-5 minutes until tender. Cool it.
In a large pot stir sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil and honey. Add the broccoli and leave an hour to marinate.
Serve marinated broccoli on the leaves of lettuce.
225 g of chickpea flour
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
300 ml of cold water
700 g broccoli, cut into flowers
spices as desired (asafetida, turmeric, cumin Roman, kalinji, coriander, cayenne pepper)

1 cup cashew nuts, soaked overnight
juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup water
1 red onion
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons agave syrup (or brown sugar)
1/2 tablespoons mustard powder
1 pinch of salt
All ingredients in blender and grind a few minutes, until smooth.
6 cups chopped broccoli
1/2 onions, finely chopped
1 cup raisins
1 cup sunflower seeds
Mix broccoli, raisins and sunflower seeds. Add dressing and mix well.
